These terms govern your use of this website, operated by NUVOY LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("NUVOY", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site does not sell to you directly
This website is informational. No purchase can be made here and we do not process payments on this site. All NUVOY products are sold through live shows on the Whatnot marketplace. When you buy from us there, your purchase contract and payment are governed by Whatnot's terms of service in addition to our Shipping & Returns policy.
Product information
We try to describe our products accurately, including size, materials, and finish. Photographs and live video are representative; hand-finished items vary slightly and colours may render differently on your screen. Descriptions and prices quoted during a live show govern that sale.
All prices are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply a conversion fee that we neither set nor receive.
Safe use of our products
Press-on nails and nail adhesives are cosmetic products for external use on fingernails and toenails only. Patch-test before first use if you have sensitive skin or a known adhesive allergy. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep adhesives out of reach of children. Do not apply to damaged, infected, or broken nails or skin. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use this site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or republish our photographs or written content without permission
- Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with, or authorised to speak for, NUVOY
Intellectual property
The NUVOY name, logo, product photography, and site content are owned by NUVOY LLC and may not be used without written permission, except that you may share links to our pages and shows freely.
Third-party links
This site links to Whatnot and to the Wyoming Secretary of State. We are not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party site.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NUVOY's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes relating to a purchase made on Whatnot are subject to Whatnot's own dispute resolution terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
