This policy explains what personal information NUVOY LLC ("NUVOY", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and our direct communications with you. Purchases are made on the Whatnot marketplace, which operates under its own privacy policy.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, email address, and phone number when you contact us
  • Your shipping address and order details, which we receive from Whatnot in order to fulfil your order
  • Nail measurements you send us for custom sizing
  • Any other information you choose to include in a message to us

Information collected automatically

This website is a set of static pages. It does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party embeds. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, page requested, timestamp) for security and reliability. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.

What we never collect

We never see or store your payment card details. All payments are processed by Whatnot and its payment provider. NUVOY receives only the order and shipping information needed to send you your goods.

Why we use it

  • To fulfil, ship, and provide support for your order
  • To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims
  • To keep records required by tax, customs, and consumer-protection law
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with:

  • Whatnot — the marketplace where your order is placed and paid
  • Shipping carriers (such as USPS) — to deliver your parcel
  • Our accountant and tax authorities — where legally required
  • Our email and hosting providers — acting on our instructions only

We may also disclose information where required by valid legal process.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years to meet U.S. tax record-keeping requirements. General correspondence is kept for two years. Custom sizing measurements are deleted on request at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain uses of it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@nuvoyshop.com. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

Our products and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. We limit access to order and customer data to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify affected customers promptly if a breach affecting personal information occurs.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on our Whatnot profile.
